The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Tradow AI LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. We do not provide personalized investment advice.

The free tier provides limited signal analyses per day and is subject to feature restrictions described on our pricing page. No payment is required for the free tier.
The Pro plan is available on a monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($99.99/year) subscription basis. By subscribing to Pro, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Active Pro subscribers at the time of launch will receive access to upcoming products (including Brokerage Connect and AI Hedge Funds features) at no additional cost, subject to the terms applicable to those features when launched.
You agree not to use the Services to:
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Services are owned by or licensed to Tradow AI LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of signal text you submit for analysis. By submitting content, you grant Tradow AI LLC a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your analysis result.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Tradow AI LLC does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular investment decision.
Signal analysis results are generated by automated AI systems and may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. Past signal assessments do not guarantee future accuracy. You should independently verify any information before acting on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradow AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradow AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in Travis County, Texas, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we determine appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
